Intuition has no language and no mind-based understanding. It is a deep inner knowing—a quiet sense of what is right, of what feels true for us.
By breathing and grounding ourselves in the present moment, we reconnect with this knowing. We begin to recognize the difference between the mind and the heart, to see how our thoughts form unhelpful patterns, and how we can begin to release them.
As we understand these patterns and where they come from, we gain insight into what we may be struggling with in our lives.
Why do we act in ways that are not loving or healthy toward ourselves?
What are we holding onto that feels impossible to release, even when we know it causes suffering?
When we start to understand our pain and how it was shaped by past conditioning or trauma, we create the space to listen to what is true.
Listening to this inner knowing allows the shifts and changes we need to unfold. It brings release—freedom from limiting thoughts and unhealthy patterns.
This is where the letting go begins.
